Description
Can you explain project management decisions as clearly as you recognise familiar terminology? APM-PMQ preparation for the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) Exam should develop both understanding and disciplined reasoning. Project management is the central focus; candidates should relate their revision to the responsibilities and decisions associated with that field. This practice set contains 40 questions, distinct from any examination question total.
How to use this practice set
- Establish a baseline by answering an initial selection independently. Note where your reasoning is clear and where a response depends on uncertain recollection.
- Organise revision around project management concepts that require further attention. Explain their significance in your own words before returning to the questions.
- Examine alternative responses carefully. State why your chosen answer fits the question and why another interpretation may be less appropriate.
- Reassess earlier difficulties after further study. Evaluate the quality of the explanation as well as whether the answer has changed.
Refer to APM’s official exam page when confirming the current objectives for this qualification. Consistent reasoning should remain the basis of your preparation.
