We respect the intellectual property rights of others and fully comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to any valid copyright infringement claims submitted to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving a proper notice, P2PExam will review the claim and take appropriate action at our discretion which may include removing infringing content and suspending or terminating accounts of repeat infringers.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used on P2PExam without authorization please send a written notice containing the following information:

A detailed description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the infringing material appears on the site (include specific URLs if possible).
Your full name mailing address phone number and email address and if known the email address of the alleged infringer.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner its agent or the law.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Note: P2PExam may request additional information to verify your claim before taking action. If content is removed, we may notify the user who posted it and your contact information may be shared so that they can respond.
